River City Dance & Performing Arts Theatre
Aaron Brown is a Richmond, Virginia native who has danced since he was a young kid. In college at the University of Richmond, he pursued dance as a hobby for his first year. Next thing he knew, Mr. Aaron joined a small hip-hop group. Within the team, he served as a choreographer & performer before breaking off as a solo act. In his later years of college, Mr. Aaron included dance in his academics. He studied jazz, modern, movement improvisation, and contact improvisation to refine his knowledge of dance. He went on to graduate with a B.A. in English and Creative Writing. Today, Mr. Aaron is pursuing a career as a freelance writer. Meanwhile, he uses his passion for dance to teach hip-hop for River City Dance, Studio Bravo, and Claves Unidos.
