River City Dance & Performing Arts Theatre
Brandee Green has been dancing for over 20 years. Started her formal traing at at the age of five at Pine Camp Parks and Recreation center. At the age of seven, she joined the City Dance troupe under the direction of Annette Holt, Rodney Williams, and Deidra Davis. During her membership, she competed in annual regional and national competitions, performing for local and out of state events, participating in workshops with nationally and internationally acclaimed choreographers. During her senior year, she was awarded "Teacher's Pick" at Dance America's Regional completion and "Best Emotional Execution" at nationals. She continued my training as a Dance minor at VCU where she also became a member of the VCU Gold Rush dance team. After VCU, she did two years of semi-professional cheerleading. Green has been an assistant teacher since the age of 10 and teaching dance classes since the age 15 and is a licensed Zumba instructor since 2013 and the dance coach for Armstrong High School's dance team since 2016.
